Shipping

All deliveries within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail.

We currently offer FREE Shipping on all orders, via Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days from the dispatch confirmation email.

Urgent / next day deliveries will be chargeable and calculated at checkout: 1-2 working days from the dispatch confirmation email.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 12pm (UK Time) are processed the next working day. Next day delivery orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. 

Please note - during busy times, holidays and big gifting periods, the delivery times might be longer. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about delays as this sits with the shipping company - we will, of course, do everything we can from our side to get your order off pronto.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Returns

We hope you love your Pickle purchase!

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund* or exchange on all goods returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order provided they are unused and in their original, re-sellable condition, with all labels and packaging fully intact.

All returns will undergo a quick condition review to make sure all items are in a condition fit to be re-sold. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
